Last day of term – we have the beach across the road
Children arrived with their buckets, spades, shells and more – worked in teams building their sandcastles. A resident architect judged the castles on design, creativity, structure, planning as well as using what is found around on the beach.
Being across the road from the beach allows our learners to walk on the rocks, in the sea, on the sand and explore creatures in the pools.
Skateboarding is exhilarating and it allows learners to move freely and learn exciting tricks. Here at Atlantic Beach primary, we allow our learners to enjoy the sea breeze whilst practicing new tricks.
Children love cleaning the beach. It gives them great pleasure making a difference and saving our environment.
It brings our children a sense of joy and achievement watering the trees across the road and watching them shoot new leaves.
End of term and everyone loves a morning consisting of fun and games. Children had an exciting morning of Ring Toss. Each cone had a different prize, ranging from stickers to hot wheels, lip gloss, gel pens, wireless ear pods, fitness watch, tech deck skateboards and many more.
Here are some fresh ideas, for lunch boxes. remember a healthy, well-balanced, diet helps young bodies and minds develop.
